Liquid Hue

The Liquid Hue series is colour as emotional geography. Built through layered pours of ink and water, each work captures the moment when pigment breaks free from intention. I set the conditions, then surrender to the medium.

Each study holds the memory of water meeting pigment, gravity pulling colour across the surface, boundaries dissolving. Green is rest. Purple is grief. Magenta is defiance. Orangina is warmth you did not expect. Blue is the distance between where you are and where you came from.
